Our Story

How We Got Started

Niola Cancer Care Foundation was born in 2016 by Eniola Omoro Akintunde after the death of her husband from cancer. Eniola and her team dedicated themselves in creating awareness for colorectal cancer, and this led to the creation of the Niola Colorectal Cancer Foundation (NCCF).  NCCF is the first Non-Governmental Organisation in Nigeria committed to creating awareness for colorectal cancer while also advocating for better cancer management and providing support for affected individuals.

Where We Are Now

At NCCF, we believe in transparency and accountability. We want to keep our valued supporters, partners, and the community informed about our progress and the impact of our work in the fight against cancer.

As we reflect on our journey so far, we’re filled with gratitude for the support and dedication of our community. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones, but our work is far from over. We invite you to stay connected with us, get involved, and join us in shaping a future where cancer is preventable, treatable, and, ultimately, conquerable.
