Dr. Ayodele Olurotimi Coker

Dr. Ayodele Olurotimi Coker is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist and Behavioural Scientist. 

He lectures at the Lagos State University College of Medicine and also consults at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos.  He is widely travelled. He has more than 90 (ninety) academic publications in local and international scientific journals to his credit. He is an author of 10 personal-development and inspirational books.  Dr. Coker’s seminars include psychological principles and strategies for accelerated behavioral change, personal and occupational effectiveness. He helps people to discover their ideal self and higher purpose for desired results.

He serves his community through, Rotary International, Young Men Christian Association (YMCA) and Counselling Ministry of St. Paul’s Church, Breadfruit, Lagos where he is an alto chorister. He is happily married to Yinka, a Medical Doctor, Clinical Psychologist and Public and Community Health Consultant. They have two children, Olamide and Mosope.  

He is a socialite and he belongs to many social clubs such as Ikoyi Club, Island Club and Yoruba Tennis Club and Abeokuta Club. He enjoys playing Piano, Guitar and great Tennis player and aficionado.
